[client-v2, jdbc-v2] Server bound query parameters

There is a minimal support of server side query parameters but there are ways to improve and issues to fix.

What need to be done:
- Examples
- fix UX issues. define place of value converters and encoding
- port JDBC v1 approach with PreparedStatement

Start by comparing the JDBC v1 PreparedStatement approach with the existing client-v2 and jdbc-v2 server-side query parameter support. Trace where value converters and encoding are handled, then review the requested examples and UX fixes. Done means the v1 behavior is ported and the parameter workflow is documented and consistent.
