Trying to download from the following uri:

https://traffic.megaphone.fm/ROOSTER7204211183.mp3?updated=1708735557

results in the exception:

ClientException: Redirect limit exceeded, uri=https://traffic.megaphone.fm/ROOSTER7204211183.mp3?updated=1708735557

### Expected behavior

Download the file.

Start by reproducing the Android failure through DefaultCacheManager().getFileStream with the reported Megaphone URL and inspect the redirect handling it reaches. Done means the file downloads successfully instead of raising ClientException: Redirect limit exceeded, with coverage for this regression if the project’s existing tests support it.
