Worker failed to load Durable Entity function when binding a Storage Queue

🐛 **Describe the bug**
> I'm learning about Durable Entities , not sure if this is supported or not. I'm using counter sample provided [here](https://github.com/Azure/azure-functions-durable-python/tree/dev/samples/counter_entity) and trying to bind a Storage Queue . However worker complains about not finding the corresponding parameter:

Worker is able to load Function

Locally

Inizia da __init__.py e function.json dell’esempio Counter riprodotto, quindi segui il caricamento dell’entry point entity_function e il modo in cui viene convalidato il relativo binding outputQueueItem. Esegui il riproduttore locale e confronta il caricamento della funzione quando è presente il binding della coda; il lavoro è completato quando la funzione Counter viene caricata correttamente con l’output Storage Queue dichiarato.
