Worker failed to load Durable Entity function when binding a Storage Queue

🐛 **Describe the bug**
> I'm learning about Durable Entities , not sure if this is supported or not. I'm using counter sample provided [here](https://github.com/Azure/azure-functions-durable-python/tree/dev/samples/counter_entity) and trying to bind a Storage Queue . However worker complains about not finding the corresponding parameter:

```

Worker is able to load Function

Locally

Commencez par __init__.py et function.json de l’exemple Counter reproduit, puis suivez le chargement du point d’entrée entity_function et la validation de sa liaison outputQueueItem. Exécutez le reproducteur local et comparez le chargement de la fonction lorsque la liaison de file d’attente est présente ; le travail est terminé lorsque la fonction Counter se charge correctement avec la sortie Storage Queue déclarée.
