Worker failed to load Durable Entity function when binding a Storage Queue

🐛 **Describe the bug**
> I'm learning about Durable Entities , not sure if this is supported or not. I'm using counter sample provided [here](https://github.com/Azure/azure-functions-durable-python/tree/dev/samples/counter_entity) and trying to bind a Storage Queue . However worker complains about not finding the corresponding parameter:

Worker is able to load Function

Locally

Start with the reproduced counter sample's __init__.py and function.json, then trace how the entity_function entry point is loaded and how its outputQueueItem binding is validated. Run the local reproducer and compare function loading with the queue binding present; done means the Counter function loads successfully with the declared Storage Queue output.
