Improve bundle-extension range detection

As in title. We currently give a warning when the bundles extension version is in the default range of `[1.x, 2.0)` but we should also account for cases when the customer is pinned to a specific V1 version.

まず、bundles 拡張機能がデフォルトの [1.x, 2.0) の範囲にあるかどうかを確認する警告を特定し、次に固定された拡張機能のバージョンがどのように解析されるかを調べます。警告が特定の V1 バージョンに固定している顧客も正しく考慮できるようになれば完了です。既存の動作を確認し、そのケースのカバレッジを追加してください。
