doc: List of papers

It would be nice if the documentation had a list of papers *about* LibAFL including:

The issue provides papers about LibAFL and papers using LibAFL, but does not name a documentation file. Start by locating the documentation section for references or project resources, then add the two requested lists with these links. Done means both categories are present and every paper link is included.
