Hello,

Aptkit is dependent on python3-pkg-resources. I want to make you aware of the fact that python3-pkg-resources is no longer maintained upstream. It has been removed from setuptools since 82.0.0. This means that in a new version of LMDE, based on Debian Forky, this has to be tackled as python3-pkg-resources will most likely be removed when LMDE 8 is released.
