Start by locating the plotting entry point that handles measurement replicates and the noiseParameter column. Check the Chen-model case described in the issue, then verify that noiseParameter values are used as standard deviation only when replicates are unavailable and those values exist.

For plotting the standard deviation if no measurement replicates are available, and the column noiseParameters has values, plot these values as standard deviation.
