Add download progress display to `vp upgrade`

### Description

Unlike installing package managers and runtimes, `vp upgrade` does not display a download progress in the terminal. so in slow wi-fi, it seems freeze.

### Suggested solution

add download progress like runtime installer.

Bắt đầu từ lệnh `vp upgrade` và so sánh luồng tải xuống của lệnh này với trình cài đặt runtime, vốn đã hiển thị tiến trình. Theo dõi log cập nhật hiện có từ bước kiểm tra các bản cập nhật cho đến khi tải xuống và cài đặt. Hoàn thành khi một lượt tải xuống chậm hiển thị rõ tiến trình trong terminal mà không thay đổi hành vi nâng cấp cuối cùng.
