New Container: CrateDB

What is the new container you'd like to have?
Container for CrateDB database.

Why not just use a generic container for this?

CrateDB has it's own wait strategy as well as the need to have different setups, for example to form a cluster we'd need 3 docker instances. These would be better implemented here, upstream.
