### Description
This RFC proposes adding support for filling a strided array with pseudorandom numbers drawn from an Erlang distribution. This is the strided interface analog of `@stdlib/random/base/erlang`.
Package: `@stdlib/random/strided/erlang`
Alias: `erlang`
