Control+PageUp/PageDown to change tabs

Describe the new feature

I would like to change tabs (Database Structure, Browse Data, Edit Pragmas, Execute SQL) with Control+PageUp/Control+PageDown regardless where the focus is.

Today I've seen that Control+Tab works, but Control+PageUp/Down would be preferred.

I'm used to Control+PageUp/Down in other software that I use (e.g. Firefox) and miss it in sqlitebrowser.

Another way would be to be able to setup shortcuts so each user could choose them.

まず、Database Structure、Browse Data、Edit Pragmas、Execute SQL のタブナビゲーションと、既存の Control+Tab の処理を確認します。Control+PageUp と Control+PageDown で、フォーカスに関係なくタブを切り替えられ、既存の動作が維持されれば完了です。
