Delete (Recreate Database) - WebWorker

Sorry if this is an obvious answer, I scanned through the docs, I couldn't see anything obvious where using the web worker I could delete and recreate the db file. There's obviously some cases where migrations go wrong, and would need to nuke the db. (Rather than telling users to go and clear the website cache :)

For extra reference, we use sql.js via Sql Delight (WasmJs Kotlin Multiplatform)

Done means a web-worker user can reset the database without clearing the browser cache, with behavior documented and tested.
