"Official" build of SQLite for WebAssembly

You may already be aware, but SQLite 3.40.0 was just released this morning, and it adds a beta release of an official WebAssembly build.

Start by reading the linked SQLite WebAssembly documentation and the SQLite 3.40.0 changelog, then compare the official build with sql.js's current approach. Done would require a defined migration or simplification scope and agreement on which value-added features must remain; this issue does not identify files or tests.
