Logging Handler often encounters errors

Description of Bug

When using the logging handler, I often get errors similar to this:

I'm not sure why its trying to send an event when the run is not in the running state, since the logging I am using always does logging within the Run context

Commencez par la méthode emit du gestionnaire de journalisation dans simvue/handler.py, puis suivez l'appel depuis simvue_fds/connector.py::_parse_slice et _slice_parser indiqué dans la trace. Reproduisez l'avertissement concernant le serveur obsolète alors que le contexte Run est actif et déterminez pourquoi le gestionnaire atteint log_event après que l'exécution a quitté l'état running. Le travail est terminé lorsque l'avertissement ne produit plus l'erreur de journalisation signalée et que le comportement est couvert par un test approprié.
