Description

`docs/site` style guide says `status: draft` pages are invisible from main navigation, yet all eight formal spec pages are `status: draft` and sit in a hand-authored sidebar group (`astro.config.mjs`). Either:

1. Document a spec-layer exemption in RS-DOC and the style guide (the register is the discovery surface and the pages are intentionally public drafts), or
2. Wire status-based filtering into the sidebar and hide them until `current`.

Option 1 matches current intent; needs an explicit decision so the contradiction stops being ambient.

Found during the spec-layer review (2026-07-07).

Research direction

Read the docs/site style guide and RS-DOC, then inspect the hand-authored sidebar group in astro.config.mjs and the eight formal spec pages marked status: draft. Confirm whether the register is intended as their discovery surface. Done means recording the decision and either documenting the exemption or implementing status-based sidebar filtering, with navigation visibility checked.
