I recently developed an EPFO-related login portal and noticed several issues affecting the user experience during authentication and account access.

Users are reporting slow page loading, delayed OTP verification, and occasional session timeout problems while trying to log in using their UAN credentials. In some cases, the login button becomes unresponsive on mobile devices.
