We should improve our animation docs.
- The current ones can be misleading since we don't actually recommend the components described within anymore.
- It's not obvious how to tween a state value (as mentioned in the linked tweet). I think this should definitely be in our docs.
- Probably mention CSS transitions/animations too.
- Link to third-party libs like Pose maybe.
