iOS issue keyboardType not reload when change keyboardType

Description

On iOS, changing at runtime (e.g., from default → email-address) does not update the visible keyboard type if the input is already focused. Android updates correctly.

Steps to reproduce

On iOS, render input changing at runtime with state (e.g., from default → email-address) does not update the visible keyboard type if the input is already focused.

Comienza ejecutando el reproducer obligatorio en https://github.com/wem2017/react-native/tree/fix/change-keyboard-type en iOS con el campo de entrada enfocado. Rastrea la actualización de keyboardType en tiempo de ejecución en la ruta de Fabric para iOS; se considera terminado cuando cambiar de default a email-address recarga visiblemente el teclado mientras el campo de entrada permanece enfocado, igual que en Android.
