[0.82.0] Different behavior of views with position: "absolute" between old and new architecture

Description

In the old React Native architecture, a view with position: "absolute" will overlap a child of its sibling even if that child had a higher zIndex. This meant that box1 (blue) appears below box2 (red):

In the new architecture, the stacking behavior is different — box2, being absolutely positioned outside the sibling hierarchy, will overlap box1:

1. Build and run rn-tester.
2. Open RNTesterPlayground.js with reproducer.

rn-tester をビルドして実行し、PR 54169 にリンクされている再現コードを使って RNTesterPlayground.js を開きます。Android と iOS で、旧アーキテクチャと新アーキテクチャにおける絶対配置と zIndex の重なり順を比較します。両方のアーキテクチャで、想定される兄弟階層と一貫した動作になれば完了です。
