Unable to find viewState for tag 56. Surface stopped: false

Description

Seeing similar error to the one here https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/38743 but have a reproducible example.

Use case is to change some styles of a tab bar when going to a new stack screen. Then when user goes back to the tab screen with tab bar there will be some styling update ex. fade in.

I am seeing these two parts are necessary to trigger the error:

Bắt đầu với trình tái hiện view-state-issue được liên kết và các vị trí trong App.tsx ở dòng 83 và 136, sau đó lần theo stacktrace qua SurfaceMountingManager.getViewState và updateLayout. Tái hiện chuỗi Android—push hai lần, rồi quay lại hai lần—và xác minh rằng missing viewState exception không còn được phát sinh.
