TextInput menu is not hidden even contextMenuHidden is true on Android

Description

Found similar issues, but they are not exactly the same cases:
Only on iOS: https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/43452
Only on Android with Mouse: https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/45355

Steps to reproduce

1. Real Device:
   • Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra Android 14
   • Xiaomi 13T Pro Android 13
2. Please take a look at the Expo App
3. Double-click the TextInput
4. The menu shows

Inizia eseguendo su Android il riproduttore Expo Snack collegato e analizzando il comportamento di TextInput descritto per Android 13 e 14. L'issue è completata quando fare doppio clic su un TextInput con contextMenuHidden impostato su true non mostra più il menu.
