Submodule in 'import from' not detected when added

This test case still fails on master:

It is more tricky than other situations I fixed before, because on one hand I don't want to add something that we are not sure is a module to suppressed, but OTOH I don't want to add yet another concept (like extra_suppressed?) to cache meta.

テストケース testSubmoduleAddedIncremental から始め、master でその失敗を再現してください。周辺のインクリメンタルなモジュールキャッシュの動作、特に抑制されたメタデータの扱いを確認してください。モジュール "a" に属性 "b" がないとケースが報告しなくなり、根拠のないキャッシュの概念を導入していなければ完了です。
