Misplaced or duplicated function descriptions in the multiprocessing documentation

In the documentation of the multiprocessing module, some public functions of the root module are undocumented but their submodule counterparts are (misplaced information):

• multiprocessing.RawValue is undocumented but multiprocessing.sharedctypes.RawValue is documented;
• multiprocessing.RawArray is undocumented but multiprocessing.sharedctypes.RawArray is documented;
• multiprocessing.Pool is undocumented but multiprocessing.pool.Pool is documented.

And some public functions of the root module are documented but also their submodule counterparts (duplicated information):

• multiprocessing.Value is documented and multiprocessing.sharedctypes.Value is documented;
• multiprocessing.Array is documented and multiprocessing.sharedctypes.Array is documented.
