調査の方向性
まず start_threads.py の再現用コードで test.sh を実行し、その後、cond_race.py と動作を比較します。報告されたロック解除状態の失敗を Python の threading の動作に沿って追跡し、確実な再現に続いて RuntimeError を発生させなくなった回帰テストを作成できたことを完了の定義とします。
