Document PythonTest and PythonEmbed install options

We should add to Docs/using/windows.rst some mention that CPython is available as PythonCore/, PythonTest/ and PythonEmbed/ variants, with a summary of what each contains.

It needs to be phrased carefully to make it clear that these are choices made when publishing CPython, not inherent features of PyManager. The only inherent part is that PythonCore is the default company.

Docs/using/windows.rst を更新します。まず、PyManager と CPython の公開に関する周辺ドキュメントを確認し、その後、PythonCore、PythonTest、PythonEmbed の各バリアントと、それぞれに含まれる内容を説明します。これらのオプションは公開者が選択する一方で、PythonCore がデフォルトの会社であることを明確にしてください。区別とデフォルトが正確に文書化されていれば完了です。
