Description
Feature or enhancement
The regression test runner can now parallelize test cases to help catch thread-safety related bugs:
I'd like to add test suites run with --parallel-threads=N to the existing free threading TSAN CI job. We could also run them in the default build's TSAN CI job, but I don't think that would be useful.

Research direction
Start with the existing free-threading TSAN CI job and the regression test runner's --parallel-threads=N option. Check how test suites are configured for that job, then verify that parallel-threaded suites run there without adding them to the default build's TSAN job; linked PRs gh-129696 and gh-129746 indicate this work is already underway.
