ENH: improve doctest class item discovery to include members

I think the problem is here where only certain kinds of items are checked. Adding inspect.isdatadescriptor() I think would fix this.

Comece em Lib/doctest.py, por volta da linha 1064, onde DocTestFinder verifica quais itens de classe devem ser descobertos. Compare as verificações atuais de itens com a adição proposta de inspect.isdatadescriptor() e revise as discussões vinculadas do NumPy e do SciPy. Está concluído quando a descoberta do doctest inclui os membros de classe relevantes sem quebrar o comportamento de descoberta existente.
