ENH: improve doctest class item discovery to include members

I think the problem is here where only certain kinds of items are checked. Adding inspect.isdatadescriptor() I think would fix this.

Empieza en Lib/doctest.py alrededor de la línea 1064, donde DocTestFinder comprueba qué elementos de las clases debe descubrir. Compara las comprobaciones actuales de los elementos con la adición propuesta de inspect.isdatadescriptor() y revisa las discusiones enlazadas de NumPy y SciPy. Se considera terminado cuando el descubrimiento de doctest incluye los miembros de clase relevantes sin romper el comportamiento de descubrimiento existente.
