从 test/test_posix.py 开始，重点查看第 780 行附近的 _test_all_chown_common，以及 test_chown、test_fchown 和 test_lchown。在报告的 Linux 容器环境中运行 test_posix 以复现失败，然后比较 Python 3.11、3.12 和 3.13 之间的行为。当报告的 chown 测试不再失败，或通过适当的测试覆盖处理了平台特定行为时，即表示完成。
