Adding read/readline() after write appends to EOF, not to the position

Bug description:

with open("testfile", "r+") as my_file:

    text = my_file.write("========")
    print(my_file.readline())

Instead of writing to the beginning of the file, the program writes to the EOF even if readline() is placed after write.

CPython versions tested on:

3.8, 3.9

まず、報告された CPython バージョンおよび Windows 環境で、提示された open("testfile", "r+") の例を再現します。観測された読み取り位置を、文書化されたファイル I/O の動作と比較します。実装上のバグなのか想定された動作なのかを判断し、関連する CPython の変更または必要なドキュメントを特定できれば完了です。
