Missing documentation regarding ensurepip

The Windows Embeddable ZIP build does not (anymore?) contain the ensurepip module.

This is not documented.
I think it is worth mentioning this in the ensurepip module documentation and in the "Python on Windows" documentation.
The latter already mentions that pip is not supported for the Embeddable ZIP build.
But people like me think: OK, whether supported or not, I need pip, so let's use python -m ensurepip.
