2.1.1: `test_popen_io[gevent-sys.executable]` fails

I see this failure while testing execnet 2.1.1 on OpenIndiana:

まず OpenIndiana で test_popen_io[gevent-sys.executable] を実行し、testing/test_basics.py の test_popen_io と run_check の周辺を調べます。失敗時に示されている init_popen_io の経路を追跡し、サブプロセスが完了しない理由を特定します。テストがタイムアウト以内に終了し、バイト I/O のアサーションが成功すれば完了です。
