Fail open application from remote desktop: LoadLibrary failed with error 87: incorrect param

Bug description

Processing fails to load when it is executed from Windows Remote Desktop (client also in W10 Pro 64 bits). Interestingly, this seems to only happen during loading; once opened in situ (that is, no remotely), it can be used remotely.

Error loading remotely;

Opened in the same computer in situ (no problem)

Back again remotely, Processing already open (no problem... aparently)

Steps to reproduce this

1. Install Processing in W10 Pro 64 bits in a computer x

2. Open a remote desktop to the computer x from other computer with W10 Pro 64 Bits

3. Try open Processing, it will fail
