Closing a sketch closes the Welcome window as well.

Bug description

The welcome window is not supposed to close itself, when you close the editor.
This happens when you have 1 sketch open and the welcome window, now if you close the welcome window, the sketch remains open, however, if you do the reverse, the welcome window closes.

Steps to reproduce this

1. Open processing

2. Close the editor window

3. the welcome to processing window closes as well.
