It seems .isLooping()'s been around for a while, and it's usable as a public method

Coming from https://github.com/py5coding/py5generator/issues/789 today, it seems the documentation is still missing.

Why is this enhancement important?

An already existing and working component of the library shouldn't be hidden from the documentation.
