One true development environment fails when directory has spaces in it

Describe the bug
Issue occurs when attempting to run tools/setup.py in a directory that has spaces in it.

Directory is as follows: /Users/jessewang/Documents/Personal Code/popcode
Example Stacktrace:

To Reproduce

1. Store the popcode repo in a folder that has spaces in it.
2. Run tools/setup.py

Expected behavior
tools/setup.py successfully runs and sets the node environment to the correct version.

Bắt đầu với tools/setup.py và tái hiện lỗi bằng cách đặt kho lưu trữ popcode trong một đường dẫn có chứa khoảng trắng, sau đó chạy lệnh thiết lập. Kiểm tra cách script gọi bash và cấu hình phiên bản Node dựng sẵn; hoàn tất khi setup hoàn thành từ đường dẫn đó và chọn Node 10.16.2 như mong đợi.
