Contour map, load a big data with a substantial number of NaN values

Start let me apologize about my English. I found myself send to you a request for help with plot.ly after the difficult struggle with the library with a sad ending.
I need to mention that I am using the react version of plot.ly, my problem began when I need to use Contour map and load a big data with a substantial number of NaN values. The big problem that the component load very slowly, serval minutes to be sure (about 5-10 minutes), sometimes the browser crashes because of that problem.
I try to replace the Nan value with an integer number but it changes the color scale to an unwanted result that it is difficult to fix too.
so my last chance is you if you can help me with my problem or direct me to someone how can help me to get a good solution
