[FEATURE]: Add dynamic sorting of the tooltip legend ordering for hovermode='x unified' mode

Description

Add a clear description of the feature that you're requesting.

Please add dynamic sorting of the tooltip legend ordering for hovermode='x unified' mode, so that when the user move the mouse over the chart, the legend showing up in the tooltip block reflects the ascending order of the legend value for that specific x value.

Why should this feature be added?

Provide an argument for why this feature should be added. We can't add everything, so this will help us determine what gets worked on. Please also consider creating a PR and adding the feature yourself. Help is always appreciated.

This will drastically improve the intuitiveness of the tooltip block information, making direct comparison between different trace at a certain x value much more easier.

ファイル、テスト、エントリーポイントは指定されていません。まず hovermode='x unified' の実装とツールチップの凡例の並び順を見つけ、次に各 x 位置の値を動的に並べ替える方法を判断してください。ホバーした x 値について、ツールチップが凡例値の昇順を反映し、他のホバーモードを変更しなければ完了です。
