When I plot many subplots, the axes occasionally break. I am using fixed subplot sizes. Occasionally line plots will not plot on their respective subplot axes. You can see the interactive hover actions do work on the axes, but the lines themselves are drawn shifted much higher or lower than the axis. All the go.Heatmap objects seem to graph just fine.
Sometimes I can fix the layout bug by choosing a different axis height, but most values don't fix it so it's a long game of guess-and-check.
Google chrome seems to report some errors
Specifying overflow: visible on img, video and canvas tags may cause them to produce visual content outside of the element bounds. See https://github.com/WICG/shared-element-transitions/blob/main/debugging_overflow_on_images.md .

まず、添付された audio_diff.html.zip を Chrome で開き、go.Scatter と go.Scattergl を go.Heatmap と併用して固定サイズのサブプロットレイアウトを再現します。ずれた線トレースをそれぞれの軸およびブラウザーの警告と比較します。テストしたすべての高さで線グラフがそれぞれのサブプロット軸と揃ったままになれば完了です。
