enable support for more recent versions of sphinx for documentation generation

Looks like plotly documentatio ncannot be generated using latest sphinx 61.3.

失敗しているのは doc/apidoc/conf.py の setup で、Sphinx 6.1.3 には参照されている API がありません。まずその setup を読み、示されている sphinx-build コマンドを実行してください。Sphinx 6.1.3 で AttributeError なしにドキュメント生成が完了すれば完了です。
