[FEATURE]: Highlight data feature when selected in the Legend

Description

When a user selects a feature in the legend of a visualization, it highlights the selected feature and makes the others more dim. This would enable viewers of the visualization to compare the features with particular focus on the feature they selected.

Why should this feature be added?

It is possible to achieve similar results in a Dash app through a clientside callback, but having this feature would enable users to achieve a result in a simpler manner. Additionally, this is already a feature in Tableau.
