enable copying of text from figure titles and other text elements of a figure

This is a feature request. it seems that titles and texts from a figure cannot be copied by the user, at least when they are displayed in a standard browser such as Chrome. For various user workflows, it would be helpful to enable the copy of text fields from figures, which is enabled for almost any text displayed on the web (even without using a framework like Dash for display).

This will enable user flows where going back from plots to data entity names needs to happen without confusion, by copying entity names from titles inside figures being viewed.

Issue ではファイル、テスト、エントリーポイントが特定されていません。まず plotly.js で図のテキストを描画する経路を見つけ、Chrome で動作を再現してください。ユーザーが図の操作を妨げずにタイトルやその他の図のテキストを選択してコピーできれば完了です。
