php8.5 checkinstall fakeroot bug

Description

with 8.4.15 of php not problem comes when my script arrives checkinstall fakeroot line, only with php 8.5....

im compiling my php with baschscript inside container - self created one.

but fakeroot and checkinstall cant create deb file, command is down below bottom
