Build problem with setuptools 75.6.0

Expected behaviour

I'm building with setuptools 75.6.0 on Python 3.12 with pip 24.2. I expect it works !

Actual behaviour

I have several problems when I build :

I had no problem with setuptools 74.1.3. So it's probably linked to last changes in setuptools 75

Theo dõi quá trình build qua skbuild/setuptools_wrap.py, tập trung vào lỗi --dist-info-dir và TypeError của _classify_installed_files_override(), sau đó so sánh cùng quá trình build với setuptools 74.1.3. Công việc được xem là hoàn tất khi wheel được build thành công với setuptools 75.6.0.
