This has already been fixed in spdlog to have the correct includes.

deps/LIEF/third-party/spdlog/include/spdlog/fmt/bundled/format.h から始め、Clang 22 を使用する macOS で ./configure && make を実行して失敗を再現します。vendored code と、欠落している allocation-function includes に対するリンク先の spdlog の修正を比較し、その後ビルドが成功することを確認します。
