I would like to report a bug, it can be reproduced by running the PoC below:

Object.defineProperty(Array.prototype, "2", {
  set: function () {},
});

(async function () {
  exec('pwd', (err, stdout, stderr) => {
    console.log(stdout);
  });
})();

It reproduces anytime by simply running the given PoC on the given Node.js version.

What is the expected behavior? Why is that the expected behavior?

It is a crash.

まず、Node.js v23.6.0 上で child_process.exec を使って JavaScript PoC を実行し、致命的なエラーを確認します。クラッシュに関係する child_process exec の経路を追跡します。再現時に “v8::ToLocalChecked Empty MaybeLocal” で終了しなくなり、回帰テストが PoC をカバーすれば完了です。
