Changes to Windows teams

Greetings all,

I'd like to request one change in all Windows Node.js teams:

• https://github.com/orgs/nodejs/teams/platform-windows
• https://github.com/orgs/nodejs/teams/platform-windows-arm
• https://github.com/orgs/nodejs/teams/platform-windows-arm-testing

The request is to remove https://github.com/AdamBraden and add https://github.com/plante-msft. Both are PMs at Microsoft. Adam was working on this previously but has now been replaced with Connor, so that should be reflected in the team changes.

P.S. I'm not sure https://github.com/orgs/nodejs/teams/platform-windows-arm-testing is used at all these days. IMHO it can be deleted. If it is kept, please add me to it as well.

まず、リンクされている3つのWindowsチームとissueのコメントを確認し、その後 platform-windows-arm-testing が現在も使用されているかを検証します。AdamBradenを要求されたチームから削除し、plante-msftをそれらのチームに追加したうえで、testing teamを削除するか、requesterをそのチームに追加するかについての判断が記録されていれば完了です。
