Tests are not running anymore in CI
There is no issue locally. Issue is the same with c8 or nyc with and without --experimental-require-module (not needed anymore the require module has been backported in node 20.19.0 and 22.14.0)

Node.js v22.14.0

Bắt đầu với lệnh npm run nyc và nhánh ví dụ fix/issue#1798. Tái hiện lỗi trong CI trên Node.js 22.14.0, sau đó kiểm tra cách test/resources/accounts/single-user được tạo trong quá trình chạy các bài kiểm thử tích hợp và unit. Hoàn tất khi lệnh kiểm thử CI hoàn thành mà không có lỗi EEXIST.
